1. Use of Our Site and Services
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to access our Site or submit inquiries.

2. Independent Data Escrow & Survey Submissions
Confidentiality & Anonymity: Our core service functions as an independent third-party data escrow. Information submitted by survey participants is processed according to our strict anonymization protocols as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of Information: When submitting information via client contact forms, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current business details.
Client Agreements: Specific deliverables, service terms, and fee structures for corporate clients purchasing customized workplace audits are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between VeriTrust Audits and the client organization.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, survey methodology, and website designs—are owned by VeriTrust Audits, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or republish any material from our Site without our prior written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VeriTrust Audits hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for particular purpose.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
